Dear Jony, i dont understand what you say.
First check all fpc connectors  and connections are properly insured(TOGO ,relay pcb, sb pcb, etc.),  and take care to connect your work place and yourself to earth
But you can check the DC-DC unit possible cause of troubble.
Also if the camera does not work AE CCD damaged.
Any component of the DC-DC can be replaced by yourself in another case the unit must be replaced, remember that :we are technological dependent .

Daniel

Dear jony now yes understanding.
Nikon provides no more information than they are in the service manual.
As things are going to have to replace togo pcb.In first case maybe corrupted  the data stored in eeprom or bad zener diode; in the latter case you can drop another relay pcb and see if the short continuous, and check the components relay pcb. Also must verify the pins of the female connector harness, connector may have a bent.
If not identify any component damaged anyway you should change togo pcb.

Hi kiran,
You may have problems with memory compression circuit in TOGO PCB.
You may also have defective component in relay pcb
