I found a component (might be a mosfet) burnt near DC jack and I can not identify this part. Anybody have any idea?

|
components is a mosfet p or n channel. check connection after remove damage IC. pin 123(source, 19V +-)-4(gate) 5678(drain) .

which part should I put there? As the original mosfet is broken into pieces,the number is not visible. thanks
