Hello everyone this will be my first post on this forum.  I hope someone here will helpful and could tell me what is wrong with my laptop.  I had it for 2 years and recently for the first time I had to send it to circuit city to get it fixed because the wifi connection would not work for some reason.  And now when I got it back they fixed the issue by replacing the harddrive.

The problem I am having now is while using the computer, out of nowhere a blue screen will pop up saying "crash dumping..." and some other gibberish paragraphs that I don't clearly understand And then either it'll shut off by itself or I would have to hold down the power button to shut it off.  Has anybody ever encounter this problem with their hp laptop or any other brand?
