Yes sandro123,
The cooler of CPU don't work and notebook frequently reboot in blue screen, due high temp in the CPU.
But the problem is not in the FAN that I have tested with an external variable power supply.
The problem is in electronic control of the FAN cooler.

check mosfet driver. (fan line)
usually ic 8 pin, smd case.
