Dear friends,
I have a pioneer dvd player DV-383 for service,when we switch it on the display will show REGION and the tv will show region 1 to region 8 and this will display please select the region but when we press the remote it wont work,in the front panel only power on off will work other keys dont work.but the movie will work normaly good video and audio.please help me.
