Hello I have a Sony DVD player model and 'DVP-NS 330 the customer has led me to not turn on, I went in search of the power adapter and I noticed a zener zd called 101 but I do not know the stress of work (for which I do not know what I have to replace zener?) then called a diode D 103 and here I put a diode normale.Ho measured the voltages on the output and I find all the bass is -15 volts that the 3.5 and 5 volts and 11 volts.
I ask you the courtesy if you can give me a hand since they 'have no diagram to tell me that these components have value? and why 'are the tensions low. Thank you in advance
