hi everyone, my name is frank.  I've worked on many electronics for my whole life.
television and medical devices mostly.  I've been out of it for awhile but I've
opened my shop again and have discovered this site which I find helpful.
can anyone help me with a pcb connector I can't figure out.  I can't get it apart,
the last time I encountered one I broke it.  I can't afford to break this one.
I know it must come apart because there is a screw holding down the pcb
under it.  any help is appreciated

You will have to just pull it upwords from the small knotch . I prefer to insert a thin stick to lift it up .This type of connector is used in lot of Panasonic VCRs and CTVs
