Hope someone can help me with this.

I am testing a part, Im not going to go into detail on what its for, but will hopfully provide enough info. Basicly, I believe it is a filter. The circuit boars has a fat trace on the bottom shaped like an "S". There are 5 small coax lines tie strapped in a S shape on the trace. On top of the board, there are several capacitors that go accross each end of the "S" trace. I have the OEM's test data sheet and am having trouble replicating one test. They are testing the resonant frequence of this board. I do know they are using a HP 4194A impedence meter for this test. It is supposed to be tuned to 65MHz and what I want to know is, what would be the cheapest way to replicate this test. I have an HP 4193A vector impence meter at my disposal, but have not been successful using that to test this. Any help would be appreciated.
