Top side picture expanded bottom cut and pincushion problem . Replacing electrolytic capacitors did not solve problem. Replacing vert out IC TA8427K also no help.what to check?

All power supply voltages are ok but still no power LED  turns on and set remains DEAD. What could be the problem?

TAMMU this is so commen complain in the sony klv series purticuler in india we r facing this problem but dont worry TAMMU i have a good news for you you have to change the eprom with a blanck ic ann switch it on.and you will see the answer for it good luck

in play mode to ffw it runs as does revs. press stop then ffw some gears move but it won't ffw or revs. it plays fine and records. should i clean mode switch? or something out of my league such as wheel sensors or whatever there called. Huh
