i have asayo 20 inch standard tv. don't have the origanal remote. looked in some pdf download manuals . to turn off closed caption you press button on remote. i hae all in one that operates tv just fine. i also have oter programable remotes. it says instrutions for the origanal remote you can hit the mute button and that is another way to turn off closed caption. any advice to turn off cc. ? model # DS19310 TV.

i used a zenith mbr-3445 remote using code search to turn on tv. iaccidently hit the down button to my surprise the closed caption turned off. problem solved.
