Hello, My old VCR Panasonic NV-G10EV need repair, all is OK except tape playback, drum doesn't spin-up. When i switch on the unit with the tape inside i can see the drum turn 1/4 a rotation and then stop. Any suggestion and/or schematics diagrams are welcome. all the best Paolo, Italy.

DEAR FRIEND-AT FIRST RESOLDER THE HALL IC IN THE HEAD MOTOR OR CHANGE HALL IC. IC 6677 MAY BE FAULTY OR DRY SOLDER. OTHERWISE CHECK THE ALL DRUM CIRCUIT. GOOD LUCK.

Thank you my friend for your reply, are you talking about the ic AN3821 situated on the main board? Do you have the service manual or schematics to email?
Paolo.
